What is the delivery time?

We offer free shipping anywhere in the US for orders over $35!

We are committed to providing the best shipping experience possible, constantly looking for ways to expedite deliveries. However, there are circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, adverse weather conditions, and unforeseen events, that may cause delivery delays. Although most packages arrive within the estimated time frame, occasional delays and issues with our carriers may occur.

Even without guaranteeing exact delivery dates, we take full responsibility for investigating any delays or issues and will work diligently to minimize any inconvenience caused.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the processing and shipment of your order.

 

Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for all orders. The tracking number will be available once the product has been dispatched. You will receive a purchase confirmation email followed by the tracking number 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. Track your order status on our website www.braceletsofbrazil.com under the "ORDER TRACKING" tab.

 

Can I cancel my order or edit my shipping address?

Yes, it is possible, but there is a small 1- hour window to cancel or adjust an order before it is shipped. To request cancellation, please email support@braceletsofbrazil.com, including all order information such as number, full name, and email. Outside of these conditions, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
